Who is couples therapy useful for?

Relationships can encounter a variety of challenges, including, but not limited to: communication issues, stress, emotional disconnection, parental differences, unresolved past traumas and intimacy issues. Couples therapy is for anyone who wants to proactively mitigate these issues in their own relationship or for anyone struggling that might need a space for expression and resolution.

The goal is to promote awareness, insight, and change within the relationship dynamics so you can better understand each other and have tools for improved communication and compromise.
